Verity Tuner (“Verity,” “we,” “us”) is built by Carpenter Create LLC. This policy explains how Verity handles your information. The short version: the Verity app does not collect your data.
No data collection
The Verity app does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Microphone
Verity uses your device’s microphone solely to detect the pitch of the notes you play, in real time, entirely on your device. Audio is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere. It is analyzed instantly and discarded.
Purchases
The optional Pro upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. Verity never sees or stores your payment information; those transactions are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We receive only limited, largely aggregate sales and payout information from Apple.
Third parties
Verity includes no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
Launch notifications
If you enter your email in the “notify me” form on this website, we store it for one purpose: to email you when Verity launches. Your email is handled on our behalf by GoHighLevel, our CRM provider, and is never sold or shared for anything else. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@veritytuner.com. This website is intended for adults; we don’t knowingly collect email addresses from children.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the email you’ve given us, and we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email support@veritytuner.com.
Children
Verity is not directed to children, and collects no personal data from anyone — so there is nothing for a child, or any user, to disclose.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
