Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Verity is licensed for your personal use, purchases are processed by Apple, and the App is provided as is.

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Verity Tuner (“Verity,” the “App”) and veritytuner.com (the “Site”), provided by Carpenter Create LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Verity, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Verity is not directed to children under 13.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Verity for your own purposes, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), which also applies to your use of the App.

Ownership

Verity — including the App, the “Verity” name, its design, and its content — is owned by Carpenter Create LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the App; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Pro purchase

Verity offers an optional one-time “Pro” in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Pro is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices. Refunds are handled by Apple at its discretion — you may request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Except to the extent applicable law permits, you agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

Website

These Terms cover your use of the Site on the same terms as the App, including the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it or scrape it at scale.

Privacy

Your use of the App and the Site is also covered by our Privacy Policy. The App processes audio on your device and collects no personal data.

Disclaimer

Verity is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that tuning will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carpenter Create LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Verity.

Termination

You can stop using Verity at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue after termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time, and will revise the date above when we do. Your continued use of Verity after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Verity will be the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you a different right, that law still applies.
